OLUTAYO AJAYI-GABRIELS
Foundational Member & Former Group Chairman/Chief Executive Officer
Olutayo Ajayi-Gabriels is a Nigerian medical professional, youth advocate, and social entrepreneur with a background in child and youth work. As a co-founder and the former Group Chairman/CEO of Themple Group of Companies (2015–2024), he played a central role in shaping the Group’s vision across its subsidiaries—spanning investment, urban development, agriculture, and humanitarian outreach. With a passion for grassroots development, Olutayo remained actively involved in youth-focused initiatives through ThempleChild Foundation. His work reflects a strong commitment to health equity and social impact.
AWE OREOLUWA OLUWAFIKEMI
Managing Director (2020–2023)
Oreoluwa Awe is a purpose-driven administrator and advocate with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Obafemi Awolowo University. As Managing Director of Themple Group during its formative years, she played a foundational role in organizational development. Her core engagement, however, was centered on ThempleChild Foundation, where she led grassroots outreach initiatives focused on child protection, girl-child health, and access to education. Her leadership reflected a deep commitment to vulnerable children and underserved communities.
DAMILARE OSUOLALE
Former Chief Operating Officer (UAE) – Themple Group
Damilare Osuolale is an experienced teaching professional with over a decade of academic and administrative engagement across Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates. During his tenure as Chief Operating Officer (UAE) at Themple Group, he played a key role in bridging the Group’s educational and international outreach strategies. Known for his passion for lifelong learning and professional development, he contributed meaningfully to operational planning and transnational capacity-building efforts.
ISAAC DANSO
Former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Themple Group
Isaac Danso is a technology analyst and researcher with a background in communication and market research. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Diploma in Market Research from the London Institute of Management. During his time as Chief Technology Officer at Themple Group, Isaac led innovation initiatives and contributed to the Group’s digital infrastructure. His expertise in blockchain technology and commitment to emerging tech solutions positioned him as a strategic asset in the Group’s early digital transformation efforts.
