Director of Operations and Acting CEO
Isaac Godson Alade is a seasoned Administrator, Digital Content Provider, Brand Manager, and Academic. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science and is a certified business strategist through the Institute of Business Strategists, Nigeria. A former Deputy Registrar at Oduduwa University, he brings extensive experience in institutional leadership and organizational growth. As founder of the youth advocacy platform TUGE (The Unstoppable Generation), Isaac has led several transformative initiatives such as Inspire54, Campus Lead2Stardom, and Street Advantage. He is also a Google Certified Data Analyst and Certified Content Marketer.

Akinboyowa Daniel O.
Director of Infrastructure and Urban Projects
Akinboyowa Daniel is a seasoned builder, real estate developer, and construction project manager with a passion for transforming urban spaces. As Director of Infrastructure and Urban Projects, he leads sustainable, high-impact developments that balance functionality, aesthetics, and community needs. With years of experience managing complex construction initiatives, he brings a visionary approach to planning and execution. Daniel’s work reflects a commitment to creating environments that inspire growth, foster human connection, and improve quality of life. His leadership and innovative thinking continue to shape enduring spaces within and beyond the Themple Group.

Olomola Olalekan
Director of Innovations and Partnerships
Olomola Olalekan holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science, with a strong background in web development, digital strategy, and scalable solution delivery. As the Director of Innovations and Partnerships at Themple Group, he spearheads the development of forward-thinking solutions and strategic collaborations across the Group’s commercial and social subsidiaries. With a proven track record of translating ideas into impactful innovations, he leads efforts to integrate emerging technologies, strengthen inter-organizational alliances, and foster sustainable growth through digital transformation and innovation-driven initiatives.

OLUSEYE OLAJIDE
Executive Trustee and Program Manager – ThempleChild Foundation / Liaison for Humanitarian Programs – Themple Group
Oluseye Olajide brings a decade of experience in nonprofit and community development work. A passionate Child and Youth Advocate, she has led numerous grassroots interventions aimed at education access, child protection, and health awareness across underserved communities. As Chairperson of the Board of Trustees at ThempleChild Foundation, she plays a pivotal role in coordinating strategic outreach programs while providing governance oversight. She also serves in an advisory capacity within the broader Themple Group network, ensuring that the Foundation’s mission remains deeply aligned with the Group’s community-focused vision.

Temitayo Asiyanbi
Head of Data and Business Insights
Temitayo Asiyanbi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Data Science from the University of East London. With over a decade of experience in data-driven roles across the UK and Nigeria, he has led impactful projects and contributed to the growth of several reputable organizations. As Head of Data and Business Insights at Themple Group, he drives strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, data modeling, and performance optimization. His leadership supports evidence-based planning, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across the Group’s subsidiaries—spanning both its commercial ventures and social development programs.

ODELAMI BAYOR JOSEPH
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Odelami Bayor Joseph is a Trained Educator, Youth Advocate and Community Development Enthusiast from Nigeria. He is the founder of Information For All Africans Initiative (IFAAI)
Odelami Bayor Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in education and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the prestigious University of Ibadan. He is currently a year 2020 Global Education Ambassador (GEA) of African Youth Diaspora Organization (AYDO) researching and proffering practical solution to various hindrances of education and fostering equitable access to quality education for Africans in the remote, marginalized and crisis-prone communities.
